My Calendar of firsts this week: Rosehips and Guelder Berries.

This week we were back to our lessons. There is definitely a change in the air; the mornings are darker, and I am aware of the scent of autumn in the chill mornings.

Still heaps of rain, but a little more sunshine, too.

This week’s Calendar of Firsts;
I don’t have much to share with you this week; the girls have been away this week riding, and I have been pounding the keyboard, working on the soon-to-be-released Guided Journal to accompany Exploring Nature With Children.
I have been able to work on my Calendar of Firsts, however. I sketched the Ragwort that is filling the meadow right now, and a wee common wasp that was buzzing around. I also noted the rain. The never ending, heavy rain!

Happy exploring!
