I can see you purchased the book on March 25th. You should have received an email from Payhip, the company that host the book for me. This email will contain your download link. I will re-send the email now. Please check your spam folder in case it goes in there.
You can download directly to a desktop / laptop using the link in the email, however the file is often too large for a mobile device, so here is a link from Payhip that explains how to download to a mobile device, should you wish to do so.
