I include references for the HNS, but not the actual pages, you can read the book online, free of charge, or purchase a hard copy.
It’s really hard to suggest a timeframe for the curriculum, people use it in so many different ways. If you take a look at the sample, you should get an idea of how much time you wish to invest into it.
