Here is a list of supplies you will need to follow along with the nature-themed advent calendar, which begins on December 1st.

Week One

  • A journal in which to record your thoughts & memories about this season of Advent.

  • Your nature journals, or heavy paper for sketching, plus your sketching materials of choice (watercolours, coloured pencils etc)
  • Secateurs, or robust scissors
  • Old newspapers
  • PVA glue

  • Cotton thread
  • Garden wire
  • Garden twine
  • Large sheets of paper: I like to use brown wrapping paper, lining paper is another option.

  1. I’m looking forward to this so much! Thank you. I subscribe via email, will the posts arrive in email or do I need to check the website daily?

  2. Hi Lynn. My co-op is using your Nature Explorers curriculum this year, and it’s been fabulous! Can’t wait for this to be unveiled! As for the glitter and poster paints, should they be of any particular colors?

    1. Dear Kelley,

I’m so honoured that your co op is using my curriculum!
Any colours that you like, you may wish to go festive 🙂

      Warmly,
      Lynn
